I Bruno by Caroline Adderson, illustrated by Helen Flook

From chapters.ca:
Bruno is a boy with particular tastes and ideas. He will not, for example, eat anything green. He spends one day as Sir Bruno and another as the Queen. He is an entrepreneur and he understands the language of Car. Bruno is a boy worth knowing. In I, Bruno, her first book for children, Caroline Adderson set out to immortalize some of her own son's antics and adventures. Says Caroline, "If you're not dirty, you didn't have fun!" She lives with her family in Vancouver, British Columbia.
