The Boy Who Drew Cats by Margaret Hodges, illustrated by Aki Sogabe
From chapters.ca: There once was a boy who could not stop himself from drawing cats. He drew them everywhere, even where they should not be: on the temple walls and in the priest's books. Although the cats sometimes got the boy in trouble, one day they found a way to reward their skillful creator.
