From chapters.ca:Alex, a 15-year-old thug, wanders through his town with his gang, committing acts of random, brutal violence. When he's caught, officials subject him to a rehabilitation program that's arguably as cruel as what he did to his victims. For a short time he stays on the straight and narrow, too afraid to do anything wrong. Eventually his only way to survive is to return to what he knows best - and he slips even further down into the subculture.
