Bilbo Baggins is a quiet, peace and food loving hobbit and has no desire to go adventuring, but all that changes when thirteen dwarfs turn up on his doorstep needing a burglar to help them on their journey to reclaim their home and treasure which have been stolen by a dragon.

this looks awesome! the blog i mean (but the hobbit was great - i was told to read it before the trilogy, and you know me, i have to read things in order of sequence - that is storyline-wise, not necessarily when they were actually written).
go check out the site for the golden compass movie - you can 'meet' your daemon! totally cool... well if you're kid like me! :)
